![]() ![]() I have set up matrix-based authorization for Hudson users, because I don't want to be open to anyone. Mails are sent to the respective developers (the ones that committed code) when their committed code doesn't build, meaning that when user A commits code that doesn't build, only user A gets an email containing the notification.Hudson builds to be triggered automatically when there is an SVN commit. ![]() On the other hand, I have installed Hudson as the project's continuous integration server (address of the project is server:8080/job/project). This allows you when using a gitflow/hubflow to have Jenkins monitor feature branches but only build/merge develop when a feature has been completed by having the developer add ci build in the final commit. ![]() In the case of this ticket, you would need to write a post commit trigger in perforce that analyzes each change, and kicks off the associated builds using the Jenkins REST api or CLI. That stack overflow question is specifically about running a build per change list, not necessarily about a post commit trigger as this ticket describes. ![]()
